PRICE LIST OF LEGAL SERVICES

 

The price of legal services in the Czech Republic is governed by the lawyer's tariff according to Decree No. 177/2006 Coll. This decree determines the amount of the lawyer's fee for individual acts of legal service in the event that the lawyer and the client do not have an agreement on another method of remuneration (i.e. no contractual remuneration has been agreed).

 

A fee that will suit you 2,200 CZK/hour (includes all legal services beyond the scope of the package, including representation in court)

 

Agreed divorce - fixed price - 12,000 CZK

 

After 1 January 2026, divorce is simpler, faster and less conflict-ridden. We will prepare the entire agreed divorce for you from start to finish:

• agreement on children,

• agreement on property, housing and alimony,

• divorce proposal,

• communication with the court.

 

If you have agreed on a divorce and child custody, we offer to use a professional Divorce Proposal Template with Child Custody Options prepared by our office. This template will make the whole process easier for you and ensure that everything goes smoothly and correctly. Price only 900 CZK compared to approximately 10,000 CZK - 15,000 CZK for a proposal prepared by a lawyer. Savings of 9,000 CZK - 14,000 CZK.
